Privacy notice.
This notice explains how Haute World Group Limited uses personal information for the Little Dolci Summer Quest, stamp rewards and national prize draw.
Promoter: Haute World Group Limited, company number 10677927, 1 Fishwick Park, Mercer Street, Preston, England, PR1 4LZ.
1. Information we collect
Depending on the entry route, we may collect the Participant’s first name; confirmation that the Participant is aged 12 or under and UK resident; the Parent/Guardian’s name, email address, telephone number and UK postal address; the participating store; completion date; staff verification; and correspondence relating to the promotion.
2. Why we use it
- To issue and verify Passport-route entries.
- To administer the free entry route.
- To check eligibility and prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries.
- To conduct the random draw, contact the winning Parent/Guardian and deliver the prize.
- To respond to enquiries, complaints and data-rights requests.
3. Our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting the integrity of the promotion and, where relevant, compliance with legal obligations. Optional marketing and publicity are based on separate consent and are not a condition of entry.
4. Who receives the information
Information may be shared with participating Haute Dolci locations and service providers only where necessary to verify an entry, administer the draw, communicate with the winner or deliver the prize. We do not sell personal information.
5. How long we keep it
Unsuccessful entry records will normally be deleted within 6 months after prize fulfilment, unless a longer period is reasonably required to resolve a complaint, prevent fraud or comply with law. Winner records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary for legal and audit purposes.
6. Children’s information
We minimise the information collected about children and ask Parents/Guardians not to provide unnecessary details. The prize draw entry is submitted by an adult. We do not use a child’s information for direct marketing.
7. Your rights
Data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal information, object to processing, or ask for information to be transferred. These rights depend on the circumstances. Contact info@hautedolci.co.uk to make a request.
8. Complaints
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
9. Updates
We may update this notice where necessary. The version published on the Little Dolci campaign website will be the current version.
